DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

The online store "Ukr-Bochka" sells:

All our products are manufactured on European equipment and are of high quality.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

You can pay for the products you have selected in the following ways:

1. By bank transfer of funds to the company's bank account;
2. Cash payment upon receipt of goods at the company's office, which is located in Zhitomir, Saenko St., 21;
3. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel from the transport company, subject to 50% prepayment of the cost of the goods you ordered.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The delivery of your selected product is carried out to all populated areas of Ukraine by the following companies:

1. Private Ukrainian courier and postal organization "Nova Poshta", Rozetka, which carries out express delivery of goods to any corner of the country, both to individuals and various companies;
2. Self-pickup of products is possible from the warehouse located in Zhitomir, Saenko St., 21;

Each batch of goods undergoes strict control before shipment, the products are assembled in the shortest possible time according to the application you left, all issues regarding the return or replacement of products are resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" within two weeks from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY. TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS

In our work we are guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", which regulates the relations between us and our clients, protecting the rights of each private buyer or customer company. We undertake all obligations under the Law to return or replace products in accordance with the established terms (14 days), in the event of:

1. If all warranty service conditions have been met and outside interference, mechanical damage and opening of packages have been excluded;
2. If this product does not suit you in terms of properties and characteristics. In this case, the return of the goods is possible only if the goods have not been used and have their original appearance;
3. If there is a product defect that affects its properties and makes use impossible (poor quality goods or other reasons not related to the transport company that delivers the purchase).

Please remember that after 14 days from the date of purchase, the product cannot be returned/exchanged.
