Public agreement (offer) for the purchase of goods from the company "Ukr-Bochka"

This public agreement (offer) is an official offer of the company "Ukr-Bochka", hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" , to any person, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" , to conclude an agreement on the terms and conditions set out below.

The buyer, placing an order on the website, agrees to the terms of this agreement and accepts it in full.

1. Terms and definitions

• Offer — a public proposal by the Seller, addressed to an unlimited number of persons, to conclude an agreement with him on the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Acceptance is the Buyer’s complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement, expressed by placing an order on the Seller’s website.
• The goods are products made of oak wood, such as barrels, jugs, tubs, tubs and other products offered by the Seller.

2. General Provisions

2.1. This agreement is a public agreement, its terms are the same for all Buyers. 2.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read the terms of this offer and agrees with them. 2.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this agreement without notifying the Buyer. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the website.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the selected Goods to the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms specified in this Agreement.

4. Ordering procedure

4.1. The order is placed by the Buyer on the Seller's website by selecting the product and providing their contact information. 4.2. After placing the order, the Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the details and delivery times.

5. Payment procedure

5.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the cost of the Goods according to the prices indicated on the Seller's website. 5.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or other methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery and transfer of goods

6.1. The Seller delivers the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order. 6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods upon delivery. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to him.

7. Return of goods and procedure for handling claims

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the Goods in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 7.2. In case of detection of defects, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to resolve the dispute.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

8.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine. 8.2. The Buyer's personal data is used exclusively to fulfill obligations under this agreement.

9. Responsibilities of the parties

9.1. The Seller and the Buyer shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods.

10. Duration of the contract

10.1. This agreement shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the Buyer and shall remain in effect until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations. 10.2. The Seller reserves the right to terminate this agreement in the event of a breach of its terms by the Buyer.

11. Other conditions

11.1. The relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. 11.2. All possible disputes arising in connection with the execution of this agreement shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
