How to return goods to the seller

How to return an item to the seller.

You can return the goods from the online store "Ukr-Bochka" within 14 days after purchase. Here's how to do it:

1. Prepare the item for return.
Place the new, unused item in its original packaging and return the complete set, including all additional parts. If there was a gift with the item, it must also be returned. Without a gift, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Complete the return form.
If the product came with a return form, fill it out. Be sure to clearly write the full name of the bank card owner in Ukrainian.

How to return a product of inadequate quality.

If the product is defective or does not meet the stated specifications, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. Such returns are processed in accordance with the law.

Only the following goods are accepted:
- in good condition;

What is important to consider.

For mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) before sending:
- unlink the device from accounts (for example, iCloud, Google);
- disable fingerprint scanning, passwords or pattern lock.

How money is returned.

Please indicate the card number and the full name of the cardholder in the form. Refunds are processed within 2-7 days after confirmation of the refund.

Return or exchange is possible only for goods purchased in the online store "Ukr-Bochka".
